Color Me Retro

Tonight was the launch party at The Sewcial Lounge for Jeni's first fabric line! After seeing all the pretty things she's made, I couldn't resist just a couple little pieces.

I was sold when Wendy suggested hexies. It was so much fun to hang out and talk fabric for the evening! I wish I got to do this sort of thing more often.
 
(I got a chance to gush over the latest house listing I like too. It has a yard! I really want to have a garden, so that's an important consideration.)

    Ah they are so cute! I think I want to make kitchen stuff with mine. New potholders, dish towels etc and use my scraps for hexies!
